Jennifer's Ibiza Highlights

Welcome back to our blog appointment! This time we would like to take you to the so-called 'White Isle', in the Mediterranean Sea off the eastern coast of Spain, through Jennifer’s eyes. She jumped onto an airplane with her family for the first time since lockdown and flew to Ibiza!

The Island as we know it, with its exciting nightlife, has pretty much come to a standstill this summer due to the coronavirus, but Ibiza still managed to attract visitors even if it was the season of ‘no dancing’, something that the Island has never experienced!

However, Ibiza is and has always been an Island filled with much more beauty than just the legendary clubs. Its golden sands, transparent blue seas, and historical villages set in picturesque, natural splendour making the White Isle a perfect option for a vacation dedicated to wellness.

IMAGE 1 - Family

All clubs kept their doors firmly closed this summer, so Jennifer and her family arranged the days according to the ‘new day/nightlife’. Even though Jennifer’s unusual vacation in Ibiza was amazing, our biggest hope is to see the Island going back to its normality, and so that our clients can experience and taste both the Island’s sides.

BEACH CLUBS & SPOTS

Whether golden-hour glamour or barefoot luxury is your scene, our team can book and hold beach clubs or even your sun beds until you arrive at the beach, offering you a relaxed and chilled morning. Here are the best beach clubs and spots on the Island according to Jennifer!

IMAGE 1 - Family

‘Jondal’ is a brand-new beach club this season, a very nice and fashionable beach located within a conservation area, surrounded by pines and jagged cliffs… a beautiful spot, perfect for swimming into clear and serene waters and relaxing on sun beds. Amazing high quality Spanish Gourmet food, the chic ambiance, the cool crowd, and the excellent service making it one of the must visits on the Island.

‘Beachouse’ is a touch of bohemian on the endless beach of Playa d’en Bossa. This is a great spot if you are looking to indulge the senses with hearty, contemporary Mediterranean cuisine from seasonal menus, while listening to the cool DJ’s who keep the beach club alive with their music!

‘CBbC Group Marina’, located in the Santa Eulalia Marina, is a unique gastronomic experience: gourmet menu, sushi and fast bites. It was great to have a quick drink and watch the boats come in. Nice spot!

‘Sa Caleta’ is a very special corner of the Island's coastline, framed by the ochre of the clay and the blue of the sea, where the Phoenicians built their first settlement more than two millennia ago. It is a great lunch and dinner spot, it looks beautiful and calming especially at night, with an amazing backdrop! You can either dine, relax at the beach, or go hiking through the orange rocks.

Often called ‘Ibiza’s sister island’, Formentera has so much to offer as Ibiza. The typical tranquillity and privacy of a small Island along with the raw nature makes it particularly unique. Jennifer and her family went for a day trip there too!

IMAGE 1 - Family

‘10.7’ is an unavoidable stopover for visitors who head to Formentera. Jennifer loved ending the day there as this place is truly amazing! The sunset is spectacular, the food and the service excellent, with music perfectly timed for the sun going down! This spot is highly recommended to whoever wants to explore Formentera not only by boat but also for a day trip, to travellers who prefer hiring one of those cool cars and explore the raw beauty of the Island.

This is the best option if you don’t want to miss the natural, wild side of Formentera as well as discovering off the beaten tracks of cool spots.

NEW HOTELS
‘W Hotel’, with its playful energy and bohemian spirit, is an entertainment hub in the Santa Eulalia neighbourhood. Every corner of this wonderful hotel embraces the destination's eclectic roots through bold and innovative design, capturing the free spirit of Ibiza whilst elevating the experience to a new level.

The terraces, the rooms and the suite represent the ‘wow’ of this place! Jennifer said about it: ‘I look forward to revisiting next year when, hopefully, the Island will be back to normal and it will be possible to fully enjoy dancing to their selection of DJ’s, visiting the pool rooftop and club basement along with their restaurant when they fully open next season’.

RESTAURANTS

What better way to break up your day with a great lunch, fill your late afternoon with a cool aperitivo, or end the day with an unforgettable dinner? Here’s Jennifer’s personal recommendations for restaurants in Ibiza. Don’t forget! Whether it be for restaurants or nightclubs, we have you covered! We can book and hold any reservation for you.

‘Jul’s’ is Jennifer’s favourite spot! It is a fine dining restaurant with a no limit cuisine. They use high quality ingredients from all around the world to create organic, local and gourmet dishes, but with a Greek twist. Jul’s is an authentic multifaceted place that offers a unique experience every time you step in. Places like this speak for themselves.

Jennifer rated it as ‘out of this world!’, so do not miss it out!

‘IT’, high end Mediterranean cuisine and contemporary interiors with good music, located in the Marina, with breath-taking views to the old town of Ibiza. ‘IT’ is an enchanting, perfect setting for watching the boats come in after sunset and hang out with friends. The food is delicious and the service impeccable.

‘Shu’ is a nice local Italian spot located on Talamanca Beach, a great option if you are staying at ‘Nobu Hotel’, and fancy a different scenery for lunch, just a short 10 minutes’ walk from the hotel.

‘Nobu’ is a gorgeous place that never disappoints! The new-style Japanese cuisine restaurant offers Savour Nobu Matsuhisa's signature Japanese dishes, such as Tiradito, Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeno, and Black Cod Miso.

You can lounge by the pool, at the sushi bar, dining room or bar lounge. The location is extremely chic. On that particular evening, it was very busy, Jennifer loved it and she also spotted one of the world's most famous supermodel, Kate Moss, having dinner there too!

‘Casa Maca’ is a 300-year-old former farmhouse that has been lovingly restored with respect to its architectural heritage, and transformed into an intimate, rural hotel located in the peaceful hills.

Jennifer said: ‘total must eat and visit place for Ibiza!’ and we trust her because it is one of our favourites too!

‘Rebrots’ is located in Portinatx, in the north of the Island. The beach, although public and crowded, was such a great little alcove and the water was so placid and clear. Jennifer absolutely loved having lunch there too. It is a very creative cuisine and the quality is excellent. We suggest both the spot and the restaurant to our most explorer clients, since it is not high class, but still, very good and interesting.

‘La Torre’ is an amazing hotel and restaurant located in a privileged area in the countryside of San Antonio, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. A place to relax and enjoy one of the most magic sunsets of the world, a place to daydream!

‘A Mi Manera’ is set to become a haven of relaxation immersed in nature offering a unique vibe and an exquisite cuisine thanks to the internationally acclaimed restaurant creative director Manu Crotti. The lovely garden setting made Jennifer feel at home.

‘Amante’ is another great restaurant Jennifer would like to point out. Set in a stunning, romantic cove, it is perfect for anyone looking to relax in a luxurious beach setting. Perched on a cliff, the restaurant is surrounded by dramatic rocks and lush greenery. These provide an idyllic backdrop for long daytime lunches and fine dining in the evening breeze.

PERSONAL SERVICES

Enjoy the convenience of having experts and services come directly to you, in the comfort of your own villa or outside while on holiday! Here are the ones Jennifer tried out.

Personal gym instructor and swim lessons were not missed! In regards to the latter, we offer a really great and gentle swimming instructor called Ruth - she taught Georgia, Filippo’s daughter, how to dive this summer! And gave regular swimming lessons to both Lily rose and Georgia. Ruth can come directly to your villa so you know your kids are in a safe environment while they build their motor skills and learn how to bob about in the water until they become independent swimmers.

So, if you are on holiday at your private villa, consider booking a 30 or 45-minute session of one to one teaching. This is definitely the best sport any child could learn.

‘Fun Club’ is the perfect place for your kids, where they can experience a truly multinational atmosphere by playing with kids from all around the world. A full 5hrs of packed fun with beach games and of course jumping in the sea! The lovely teacher Leon is just brilliant with kids and he can also collect your children for private clubs and take them out and play games all day!

Jennifer took some time out for herself and experienced the wellness life that Ibiza is known for with a Pilates session. A professional exercise trainer can come directly to you at your villa or perhaps to a nearby beach for some in-situ training. This is a great sport to practice during the week, Pilates gives you a great posture and you feel fresh and energised and fit during your holiday!

IMAGE 1 - Family

Ibiza opens its doors to golf lovers too and to all those visitors who want to begin in this exciting sport. Filippo took Jennifer and Luca for a 2hrs golf lesson with a private instructor. They really enjoyed their time and loved the personal instructor!

EXPERIENCES

‘Las Dalias’ night market, one of Ibiza’s living legends, is a 65 years old market that started off as a bar at the side of the road with a dance floor and ended up being a multifaceted lively space at any time of the year!

IMAGE 1 - Family

Jennifer loved the market, and found cool and handmade clothes, designed by designers from around the world, along with artisan creations and gifts. Of course, the market is not only about one of a kind items, but it also hosts a fantastic restaurant hidden in the garden in the heart of the market, decorated in a bohemian style of ribbons, twinkle lights and greenery, the setting is rustic, with stand-out service for a market.

IMAGE 1 - Family

Jennifer was blown away by the waiter’s attentiveness, especially to Lily Rose and Georgia. The restaurant offers a unique Mediterranean influence by cultures close to the world of Las Dalias, India, Thailand and Morocco merged into one cuisine.

Meditation is extremely beneficial for our mind, body and spirit. It helps us to relax and releases negative energy. Jennifer decided to experience the so-called ‘crystal meditation and sound healing’ while on holiday, guided by a Sound Healing Master in a secret, breathtakingly spot in nature. Sound meditation with crystal bowls and gongs helps you reach a state of pure awareness connected you’re your higher self.

IMAGE 1 - Family

IMAGE 1 - Family

According to Jennifer, the experience was good… the amazing view and the setting made you feel the real soul of the Island. Being able to meditate surrounded by nature rather than closed in is something very special. The Sound healing master’s gentle words guided the private group of friends for about 1.30hr.
IMAGE 1 - Family

If you’re looking for peaceful, calming and totally relaxing treatments to soothe away tensions and stresses of everyday life, or simply to take a break from the party scene of such a lively Island as Ibiza, we suggest a massage at your villa. Jennifer had the chance to book a 1hr massage... the girls were extremely professional and lovely. They brought the beds and Jennifer chose to experience her massage outside within the villa surrounding, against the cool breeze.

The best time to book is definitely in the morning, after the long night partying! Alternatively, you can book late in the evening and sleep brilliantly after. This is such a wonderful gift you can give to yourself whilst on holiday!

Tips & Tales: Hiking with Giulia

According to German philosopher Nietzsche, the well-being we experience while we are immersed in nature derives from the fact that nature has no opinion on us, it doesn’t judge us.

Perhaps, this is the reason why we often feel the necessity to move away from the more tourist itineraries to see natural areas of great and impervious beauty.

IMAGE 1 - Family

We begin with one of our Luxury Experience Designers from our Italian office... Giulia, an enthusiast hiker! She will tell us more about this sport, not only from a technical point of view, but also and above all from an emotional one. Let’s begin!

Hi Giulia, welcome to our ‘Tips & Tales’ column! When and why did you start hiking?

'Hiking' is a very simple word, but it involves a multitude of aspects. From a purely technical point of view, hiking is a sporting activity practiced in natural contexts, such as mountains, meadows or woods. Going for an excursion certainly requires good physical preparation, as the main element is walking.

I live near the Italian Prealps and since I was a small kid my parents always took me to the mountain to spend some time surrounded by pure nature and landscapes.

IMAGE 1 - Family

Growing up I started feeling that nature is my ‘happy place’, it is where I feel myself, complete and happy. This feeling increased a lot after moving back from London, a city that I loved, but where I really missed my mountains and lakes.

In the last years I have been trying to spend at least one day per week hiking. It has become a sort of therapy that helps me to feel peaceful, and it reminds me that we are so small compared to the magnificence of nature.

IMAGE 1 - Family

What are your best 10 hiking tips for beginners?

1. Wear comfortable shoes.

2. ‘Dress like an onion’, that means to wear several layers of clothes as the temperature may vary a lot while hiking.

3. Bring water and some healthy snacks.

4. Never forget your camera.

5. Don’t hike alone if you are a beginner or if you don’t know the path and the area.

6. Bring with you sun protection, first aid supplies, and at least a waterproof jacket.

7. Leave no trace on trails.

8. Watch your feet.

9. Bring a GPS or a map.

10. Don’t rush, enjoy every step.

And what about the 5 steps you think are essential to ‘plan out’ a great adventure?

If you are planning a hiking trip in a place you don’t know, here my tips:

1. Check the best period of the year for hiking in that region.

2. Contact a local expert who will arrange the trails according to your level of fitness.

3. Prepare in advance the essentials to bring with you.

4. Have a local guide accompanying you during the walk, to have the opportunity to learn about the area, its history and natural aspects.

5. Start your adventure with the right spirit, don’t be afraid to fail.

In your opinion, what is the best place for hiking in Italy?

In general, I love places that combine mountains and lakes or sea, where you can enjoy two opposite views. For example, the Cinque Terre, in the Ligurian Coast, is an unmissable place to go for hiking.

IMAGE 1 - Family

If we go North, definitely the Ferret or Veny Valleys, in the Aosta Valley, with its Monte Bianco or ‘Mont Blanc’. And the Dolomites with their well-known peaks. Of course, I have to mention the place where I live, Varese, a province that boasts wonderful mountains and seven lakes located among Milan, Lake Como, Switzerland and Lake Maggiore. In my opinion, they are truly magic places.

Tips & Tales: Reiki and Meditation with Sylvia

We are delighted to introduce you to our ‘Tips & Tales’ column!

Our first guest to Tips & Tales is Sylvia, our Account Director USA from our France office. Sylvia is extremely passionate about Reiki and Meditation, and today she will talk about these ancient and peaceful techniques, by also giving us some insightful tips which we hope might be helpful to overcome this hard time that we have all endured, and help us find a new light in our life path.

The idea comes from the desire to share with you the stories of our beloved team members who, besides being excellent professionals and employees are wonderful human beings, full of great passion with many stories to tell and tips to dispense!

IMAGE 1 - Family

Hi Sylvia, welcome to our ‘Tips & Tales’ column! We’re happy to have you here today, and we are very curious to hear about your passion.

How would you describe Reiki and Meditation?

Thank you for having me! It’s an honour for me to share my passion here with you. Reiki is a traditional technique used for healing and enlightenment by using Ki, which is the Universal Energy. This Universal Energy exists in everything. It is the life energy inside the human body that gives us natural healing ability and the power to live with vigour.

The use of Reiki was developed as one the secret methods in ancient times. It had been handed down without being revealed to the public eye until being systematized and perfected by Usui Mikao in 1922. Since then Reiki has travelled from Japan through many countries. In Reiki, the effect does not differ from the believer to the non-believer, so we can apply it to anyone who wants to receive it and to animals and plants as well.

Mindfulness means to be present. It means being ‘in the moment’, experiencing life directly as it unfolds. It's a way of stepping back and resting the mind in its natural state. But after a lifetime of being lost in thoughts, the right conditions are needed in order to learn how to step back in this way. That's where meditation comes in, simply as a technique which provides optimum conditions for practicing the skill of mindfulness.

When and why did you start practicing Reiki and Meditation?

Reiki & Meditation brings out joy into my everyday life. My journey to Reiki began in early 2019 when Julia Sidko, my dear colleague at ‘Queen of Clubs Paris’, introduced me to a Reiki Master in Paris. I took three Reiki sessions from the Reiki Master and from the first session I felt a stream of energy flowing through me. I knew deep down in my heart that I wanted to have this serene feeling every single day.

IMAGE 1 - Family

I decided to learn Reiki and I received a First Degree in April 2019. Then I wanted to share this wellness technique to others as well, so I continued the training and I received a Second Degree Reiki in February 2020. As for meditation, I did it for the first time when I was living in Bali, back in 2011. I did it on and off for several years. Then I began to meditate more regularly in 2017 when I was pregnant. I saw a huge benefit not only for me, but also for my family. Today, I continue to practice and I include three short sessions in my daily schedule.

IMAGE 1 - Family

What are your best meditation tips for beginners?

It’s pretty helpful to see meditation as a practice. It’s an experience which gives us nothing new than what we already have within us. However, it helps us to release all the things we no longer need, such as worry, fear, anger, guilt, shame, and so on, so that our inner Light can appear. Meditation is not a quick fix, so we cannot hope to do it once and expect miracles.

IMAGE 1 - Family

IMAGE 1 - Family

At first, we can start with only a couple of minutes a day. We can sit down to meditate first thing in the morning. Alternatively, we can go to our meditation pillow in the evening before going to bed. We can even try it for one minute at the beginning, to establish a daily habit. As we continue, we no longer see meditation as a chore we have to do, instead as a gift we offer to ourselves to relax.

If you are inspired by Sylvia’s passion and you are now looking for unique experiences to reinvigorate your mind and body, take a look at some of the experiences below before you go!

Did You Know? Tanit, the Warrior Goddess, Protector of Ibiza

Tanit, also spelled Tinith or Tinnit, was the goddess of Carthage and the goddess of dance, fertility and creation. She was probably the consort of Baal Hammon, the male god of Carthage. Tanit, also venerated in Malta, Sardinia and Spain, was a sky goddess who ruled over the Sun, the Stars and the Moon.

Both the palm tree and the serpent are attributed to her. The former represents the desert version of the Tree of Life, while the latter is a symbol of the life force of the Earth - indeed, her name means ‘serpent lady’. Other symbols associated with her are the dove, the grapes and the pomegranate, meaning fertility and fruitfulness.

It is said that the original settlers of Ibiza worshipped Tanit, she then became the protector goddess of Ibiza and there was once a temple dedicated to her. She’s still very much present on the island in spirit, as many hotels, villas, resorts and souvenirs are named after her.

Some say that she still watches and protects the island of Ibiza from the west coast, home of the sunset. For thousands of years, visitors have come to Ibiza to admire the magical glow from the sunset which bathes the sky with beautiful colours. You’d want to head to the area around Atlantis and Es Vedrà, we can help you choose the best itinerary to enjoy some of the beautiful scenery - check our experience ‘Hiking and Walking’ or contact us!

Next time you’re dancing on the white sand beach of Ibiza while watching a burning sky sunset, don’t forget to greet the ancient deity - she might be dancing right next to you!

Our Planet

Over the years, our negligence has catapulted us into a new era of crisis which brought us to enter the so-called ‘decade of action’. We are now facing the most urgent call humankind has ever faced, climate change and, along with it, so many other issues caused by the threats our planet Earth has endured because of mankind. In this regard, we would like to share with you a book by Christiana Figueres and Tom Rivett-Carnac, "The Future We Choose", we found very insightful and on-topic.

"For centuries […] conquerors of distant lands pillaged colonies for metals, minerals, and exotic foods, in many cases leaving little more than chaos, infectious diseases, and Bibles in exchange. As managers of fertile soils, we humans have proved remarkably effective at extracting trees and nutrients, leaving only depleted topsoil in our wake. There’s nothing inherently wrong with these instincts. They help us grow to meet rising challenges. But our growth, both personal and professional, is a two-way street: what we get and what we give. As a species, however, we have become used to a one-way transaction, that of getting, often losing sight of the void that our taking has created. […] Staring us in the face is a huge red sign that reads STOP: PRECIPICE AHEAD".

This statement helps us think about how humans have always taken from nature without giving back or at least respecting it. Nature provides us with our oxygen, regulates our weather patterns, pollinates our crops, produces our food, our rainwater, drinking water, weather, climate, coastlines, and most importantly, oxygen, the air that we breathe, are all provided and regulated by the sea.

We really need to protect our ocean, all our wonderful animals, plants, species on Earth, and coexist harmoniously, not only because we need them, but because we occupy the same space since our planet originated, and we both have the same rights to be here.

We can all do something, both as individuals and businesses. Now, more than ever before, our goal is to adopt a sustainable way of living by taking very few precautions: donate what we don’t use, avoid wastefulness, recycle, respect and support local economies, help children to become aware during their growth, use affordable and clean energy.

Together we will do our best to protect our planet, and we truly believe becoming closer to nature is our future to happiness, so from today onwards we’ll meet you weekly on our social media feed to share authentic pictures and videos of the beautiful nature from all of our destinations with the hope you’ll enjoy our point of view on what we believe is the greatest treasure of our life.

Another Day, Another Valley - #TravelBecause

Whether they were explorers, pilgrims, merchants, errant knights, colonisers, captives, castaways, ambassadors, pirates, or scientists, travellers filled most of history from medieval to modern times.

In the sixteenth, seventeenth, and eighteenth centuries the history of travelling in Europe was characterised by a new paradigm for travelling, called the ‘Grand Tour’, usually described as the traditional trip undertaken for pleasure by the social élite.

It began as a French expression, ‘le grand tour’, but it was appropriated by Britons of the late seventeenth and early eighteenth centuries who had enough money to travel. It was a social ritual aimed to prepare these young men for leadership.

The Grand Tour had a common itinerary: crossing the Channel, going through the Loire Valley, Paris, and then Geneva; after that, the tourists would cross the Alps and proceed through Turin, Milan, Florence, Venice, Rome, and Naples. The average duration was around two years. On their way back the tourists’ journey would include Austria, Germany, and Holland. However, Italy and France were the most popular destinations.

Throughout the centuries, travelling has taken on different shapes, starting in the form of educational experience for aristocratic students, then it evolved into something different. Travelling, as we know it nowadays, embraces a new way of being in the world. The modern travellers want to broaden their horizons, while also enjoying the leisure aspects of it. This is the case of our lovely team member Giulia, who has recently been to Courmayeur in Italy hiking among the stunning Alpine villages, such as Valgrisenche, Val Veny, Val Ferret and many others.

Unfortunately, Covid19 has harshly hit our lives and the travel industry sector, but at the same time it has pushed us to reconsider the place where we live. Therefore, even though for the most it’s very difficult to travel due to the temporary restrictions on non-essential travel, we can still travel within our country - as Giulia did - and enjoy the beauty it offers.

We have to join together, in this collective effort, so that once these hard times are over we’ll be able to travel freely once again, and we’ll be stronger than ever and waiting for you, ready to be at your disposal with our love, passion and experience.

#TravelBecause authentic travel experiences can open your mind to life’s endless possibilities.

#TravelBecause the more you see of the world, the more you’ll realise how it works.

#TravelBecause it increases happiness.

#TravelBecause you’ll discover as much about yourself as you do about the world.

#TravelBecause travel is what makes us feel part of the same world.

Did You Know? Es Vedrà, the Island of Magic and Energy

Es Vedrà is one of the biggest mysteries of Ibiza, and we’re going to guide you through this mystical landscape of intriguing carvings, asymmetrical walls, and natural seawater pools! The rocky island is entirely made of limestone and rests on the sea waters, 2km away from the south-western coast of Ibiza, facing Cala d’Hort beach.

It’s part of a nature reserve established in 2002, formed by Es Vedrà, Es Vedranell and seven other islets, with a spectacular height of 381 meters above sea level, an impressive mountain it is, accessible only by sea. The island is completely uninhabited and only nature lives there!

Es Vedrà has inspired many artists, musicians, photographers, writers and painters, and has been said to send great energetic vibes, but this is only one of the aspects that make the island a magical and mystic rock!

Studies have shown that the island is the third magnetic field on Earth, after the North Pole and the Bermuda triangle. Birds completely lose their orientation and this is probably due to its presence on the island and the particular metals and minerals that interfere with them.

However, if we venture into the myths about the island, everything becomes even more fascinating! According to some legends, Es Vedrà was the home of those mermaids and marine nymphs that Ulysses met in his Odyssey.

It is also said that the Phoenicians established one of their most important colonies there, and found sacred places where they could contact their gods. One of them was Tanit, the goddess of Carthage and also of dance, fertility and creation - if you like to know more about Tanit, see our post about the warrior goddess, protector of Ibiza. Many believe that Es Vedrà is the tip of the sunken city of Atlantis.

Are you wondering why you haven't been there yet?! Well, we can help reach this wonderful gem on a boat/yacht along with a private guide. Check out our private tour Mysterious Es Vedrà, you won’t regret it!

The Most Dangerous Thing About Coronavirus is the Hysteria

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

This message comes intentionally relatively late as we did not want to add more misleading information into your already congested inbox after this hysterical week.

After all the recent events in Italy, Europe is in fightback mode, trying a concerted approach to lessen the coronavirus panic.

I am sure that worlds' governments will act the same as this is to be considered a global issue and would be a mistake to think that this problem can be circumscribed to certain countries.

We are worried that an "epidemic of misleading information" would damage "more than the virus itself", which has in fact infected so far 0.1% of certain towns in Italy and even the local governments admitted that a normal life should continue as it has been.

"It's time to stop the panic", said the Prime Minister in Italy, asking the national broadcaster Rai to "tone down".

Everybody appeals for calm. Milan and the North of Italy are re-opening museums, bars and public attractions reducing security measures which were put in place just at the beginning to take the necessary time to better understand the facts of the situation at hand.

But this is a story driven by perceptions, and if it's true that "The most dangerous thing about coronavirus is today hysteria", I truly believe we should all take the time to think carefully before reacting in an emotional and fear based way.

While it is human nature to worry, we are confident that your clients understand how to discern a real threat from a perceived one, therefore, if the idea is to cancel their trip and their travel dates are more than two weeks away, we recommend to wait another week or so before making any final decision.

Please contact us to discuss alternative options as we are here as your partner to insure that clients ultimately experience a memorable vacation while not putting their health and safety at risk.

Reminding you that Queen of Clubs hotline is open 24/7 every day and Jennifer and I are always at your complete disposal,

I wish you a peaceful Friday,

Filippo

Why Do I Need a Fixer?

One question we get asked frequently is ‘why do I need a Fixer?

Well, there are many reasons... Connections are key to getting the best tables and into the right clubs on the right night with the right DJ! Music is everything here. Club nights will bring a certain crowd, and we want to make sure it’s your crowd!

A Fixer in-the-know can go over your itinerary with you and make changes that will be key to making your stay memorable and completely fabulous!

Ibiza is not only about the nightlife. This amazing island offers incredible restaurants and beach clubs - too many different styles and cuisines to even try in one vacation, but your Fixer will make sure your designed itinerary suits you.

And, why not have a relaxed start to your day and stroll down to the beach when suits you? Have your Fixer hold your sunbeds for you until you’re ready (to not be disappointed as most sunbeds will be taken by midday, even after booking and payment has been made.) Additionally, your Fixer will arrive early to your reservations to make sure all is ready for you, change times if you request and check over your bills. Not sure how many bottles you’ve ordered? Your Fixer knows and will make sure the bill is right so you can enjoy every moment.

Having that trusted person by your side throughout your holiday is a luxury worth every penny. Always discreet but knowing when to be present is a skill mastered by our very own personal Fixers.Your Fixer is there for you at all times - day or night - making sure you get where you want to go whether by car or boat. Bookable for 24 or 12 hours at a time, they will ensure you are happy, relaxed and having the best time on the White Isle!
